Bromley Methodist Church
Since 2022 we have partnered with Bromley Methodist Church, a church building located in South East Greater London, to help it reduce instances of nuisance parking issues.
How we helped
Customer Quote
“The support from Creative Car Park throughout installation, post-installation and go-live was everything I wanted. Due to mistakes we made with our data input there were some teething issues, but these were resolved thanks to the support of the CCP team.”
What was their
problem
Nuisance parking outside building
Being based in a busy area with several businesses and a large supermarket nearby, the church found that its 40-space car park was often full outside of regular church services and meetings. This caused a lack of space for genuine visitors, some of whom were forced to use a local pay-and-display car park instead.
How we solved it
Authorised parking introduced
Taking the church’s parking challenges into consideration, we proposed an authorised stay solution where parking is free for visitors – they just need to enter their vehicle registration number on the touchscreen tablet located inside the church building. Anyone who doesn’t enter their details will be issued with a PCN (Parking Charge Notice), which has helped to deter misuse.
